Description

The "entrance" to Montagu in the Klein Karroo is through the impressive Cogmanskloof, only 20 km from Randrivier. This road was built by Thomas Bain in the 19 century to link the Overberg with the Klein Karroo.  Streets are lined with historical Georgian houses with numerous art and indigenous woodwork shops together with picturesque coffee shops.
